We offer workshops on selected dates and locations across South East Queensland, catering to dancers aged 5–18 years at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Each workshop is designed around specific skill sets, with a strong focus on technique, progression, and safety.
No two workshops are the same with Acro Excellence—each event is unique and tailored to the group. Check our Bookings Page for upcoming dates.

Private Lessons:
Refine your craft in a personalised learning environment.
Private lessons are available in 30-minute ($55) or 60-minute sessions, offered either one-on-one or shared with a sibling or friend.
Lessons are held fortnightly at our Kedron location. Please note these sessions are currently fully booked. To join the waitlist, kindly email us, or follow our Instagram stories for updates on last-minute cancellations.

At Acro Excellence, we believe that safe, high-quality acrobatic training starts with confident and knowledgeable teachers.
That’s why we offer specialised Teacher Training services designed to up-skill dance teachers in spotting, safe skill progressions, and creating a positive training environment.
Our training is grounded in:
Safety & Progression – Learn how to structure classes with step-by-step skill development and correct spotting techniques.
Confidence in Coaching – Build the knowledge to assess prerequisites, reduce risk of injury, and help students achieve their goals faster and safer.
Practical Experience – Hands-on guidance in spotting acrobatic skills, with a focus on biomechanics, alignment, and injury prevention.
We tailor our Teacher Training to suit the needs of your studio or staff—whether you’re introducing acro to your program for the first time, or looking to refine and expand your team’s knowledge.
Our head coaches Laura & Liam hold qualifications with the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG).
