Welcome to Acro Excellence

Acro Excellence is a specialised, high-performance acrobatic training program dedicated to developing technically skilled, strong and confident athletes.

Working with dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts and aspiring acrobats, our programs combine acrobatics, tumbling, strength and flexibility training, with an emphasis on technical excellence, safe skill progression and long-term development.

Through our specialised small-group training programs, athletes receive personalised instruction, detailed technical feedback and structured progressions designed to complement their existing training and help them reach their full potential.

From 2027, entry into our ongoing training programs will be by audition and acceptance only, with athletes selected based on their ability, attitude, commitment and potential.

Our Training Philosophy

Strong foundations. Exceptional technique. Continuous progression.

At Acro Excellence, we believe exceptional athletes are developed through dedication, consistency and a willingness to learn.

Our coaching philosophy prioritises quality over quantity, correct technique over rushing skills, and long-term development over short-term achievements.

We recognise that an athlete's potential is not defined solely by the skills they can already perform, but by their attitude, work ethic, coachability and determination to improve.

Our programs are designed to complement competitive training, equipping athletes with the technical skills, strength and confidence to enhance their performance in their chosen discipline.

Our goal is to create a focused, supportive and high-performance training environment where athletes are challenged to push their boundaries, embrace feedback and continually strive for excellence.
