What age groups do you cater for?

Both workshops & private lessons cater from age 5-18 years.

If over age 18, please contact us prior to booking!

DOES MY child need prior experience?

No, your child does not need prior experience to join either private lessons or workshops.

However, we do ask that beginners have the prerequisite skills for our beginner workshop prior to booking in.

how do i know which level workshop for my child?

Each workshop level has specific skills that children need to safely perform in order to participate, these are referred to as pre-requisite skills. This ensures they are placed in the right level, feel confident, and get the most out of the experience. If you’re ever unsure which level is best for your child, please reach out via email or DM us — we’re happy to help!

Pre-requisite skills below: children need to be able to do the following:

BEGINNER WORKSHOP: Kick to handstand, cartwheel & bridge.

INTERMEDIATE WORKSHOP: Front & back walkover or limber.

ADVANCED WORKSHOP: Side aerial & back handspring.

what should my child wear to a private lesson or workshop?

We recommend tight-fitting clothing so our coaches can safely and effectively assist your child during class. Please also ensure their hair is neat and secured away from their face.

do I need to stay & watch?

No, you’re welcome to drop your child off and return for pick-up for both private lessons and workshops. We just ask that you walk them in at the start of the session.

What should my child bring to class?

Just a water bottle is all they need!
